Airport Travel Guidelines
AIRPORTRAVELINK TRANSFER GUIDE:
Before booking a transfer with airportravelink please have all of your flight details available: arrival and departure day,date,time, flight numbers, airports and terminal details these details are on your flight tickets! also, addresses to transfer to and from the airports
AIRPORTRAVELINK AIRPORT ARRIVALS:
When you land and have collected your luggage, we ask that you telephone to let us know that you have arrived, or, when booking we will make pre- arrangements where to meet you, (this is normally by the airport terminal information desk) we will then transport you as safely and stress free as possible to your destination.
AIRPORTRAVELINK AIRPORT RETURNS:
We will pick you up at a pre-arranged time and address then, return you as safely and stress free as possible, in plenty of time to your airport for your return flight.
AIPORTRAVELINK & LATE ARRIVALS:
Not a problem! if your flight is delayed for any reason, we will monitor your flight arrival time,date and flight number from the details you give us when you made the booking, we use the internet, Ceefax and Teletext as well as telephoning the airport for details of delayed flights and we will always be there to meet you.
As long as all booking details are correct with flight operators ticket details, and it's a genuine operators fault/delay, there will be no extra charge for a delayed flight.
